The American English Institute at the University of Oregon, in partnership with the Ural English Language Teachers’ Association (ELTA-Urals), is pleased to invite applications for a ten-week course on supporting English language learning in a summer camp environment. This program is sponsored by the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy Moscow. ​

​Camp Foundations for Youth Recreation in English (Camp-FYRE)

The course is 10 weeks long. It has two parts with a break in the middle:
· Part I: February 11 - March 15, 2019
· Part II: April 15 - May 17, 2019

Participants are not required to have previous language teaching experience or a university degree, but they must have an intermediate or higher level of English (CEFR B1+), and they must be planning to work as teachers, counselors, trainers, leadership staff or administrators in summer 2019 at an English language learning camp for children.
